Overview

Egypt, a land shaped by the river Nile. For thousands of years the mighty river has provided this harsh land with water creating one of the most fertile valleys in the world. On its banks ancient Egyptians thrived and built a civilization that would dazzle the world up until this day.

Embark on a journey that will take you back in time to witness the greatness of this river. Starting from Cairo where the great Pyramids were built all the way south to where the majestic temple of Ramses II (Abou Simbel) stood for more than 3000 years. Experience the charming sunsets over the nile, visit the ancient city of Thebes (Luxor) and the wander around in the holy temple of the mother goddess Isis (Philae).

The famous greek historian Herodotus once Said: “Egypt is the gift of the Nile”, and truly it is.
